Serangoon broadway studio

Ok, this happened q.sometime ago but I think its good to let people know about this. The stuff that takes care of phone calls in serangoon broadway studio really has a VERY VERY BAD attitude.

I called them to query about the direction to get to their shop. The staff who pick up the call gave a very confusing answer which says "blah blah blah... and when the bus pass the traffic light, press the bell... blah blah...". I tried to clarify which "THE traffic light" she is referring to but she challenges the me by repeating the same old sentence again and again. Finally, she got very impatient and said "I understand that you are asking which traffic light that I am saying when I say THE traffic light. But if there is more than 1 traffic light, ofcourse I will tell you 2nd or 3rd traffic light right? Do you understand me!?"

Omg, she makes me feel like an idiot who looks for trouble or do not understand simple instruction. Which in the first place, that is not true because its confusing. "THE traffic light" simply doesn't contain information about how many traffic lights are there and in fact, the bus passes three traffic light before reaching the studio.
